    They have always been prompt with their service and very fair on pricing. In fact work I thought needed done was scheduled and I was called after an assesment and told it was not needed.....no charge for the appt!

    or raised white letter facing out. Guess what I got what they wanted, black walls. I had my truck in for a safety before and the rear brakes were improperly done and could have done a lot of damage

    Another example of great customer service was a few weekends back I pulled the trigger on getting winter tires after receiving a good quote from Gerry's. I can't remember if I indicated to them that these were my first set of Snow tires. They were really informative on when I need to take them off and how they actually worked. Like the science behind it. What I was most impressed with was after I got paid, the young mechanic came out side from the opposit direction I went to meet me as I got into my car. I rolled down the window and he started talking to me about how excited he was about putting these tires on. He indicated that these were the best tires he has put on and was really glad Gerry's carried them and that I ordered them. He then went on a little bit further about why they are good ...but I was just impressed with the effort this employee showed in making sure I was feeling great with my purchase. He didn't have any further interest in that transaction after he did his part...but took to the next level on behalf of the business to make sure I didn't have any buyers remorse. He could have been just feeding me fluff, but I wouldn't know. But the fact that he went out of his way to make sure I got the complete picture of how good of a purchase desicion I made really took me back and put a smile on face as I drove away. I actually shared this experience with my team of employees at my place of business to try to adopt the same behaviour.

    Ordered a set of tire's, took 3.5 hours to install. I received no info package on warranty, just bill of sale. Went back to ask about it and was told they do not hand out pamphlets. Customer service at it's best. The tire's I ordered were raised white letters and was not asked if I wanted black wall or

    Love the Saturday hours! I have gone to them in the past frequently because they always gave me honest feedback. What won me over was when they said to me, Jeff get rid of this car if you can because its just going to keep on costing you money. I thought that was refreshing because the money that was costing me was being put in directly to their accounts...so why would you encourage me to get rid of something that was paying the company off. It was a great sign of providing the customer great and honest feedback.

    3 Hours to install a catalytic converter, couldve been done within an hour, hour and a half. Catalytic converter was installed half ass, exhuast leak where they connected the two pipes, took it back to them, they "fixed" it, and by fixed i mean just slapped on some more muffler cement just like how it was done the first time. A day after they "fixed" it, started leaking again, decided to take matters into my own hands and ended up fixing it properly my self. Wouldnt recommened and wouldnt go there again.
